Setting up your subscription is simple, but the best configuration depends on the device you're using. To make sure you get the best app and the smoothest experience possible, we recommend contacting our support team before installation. Our team will guide you step by step and recommend the app best suited to your TV, phone, tablet, box, or streaming device. You can reach us easily via WhatsApp or email, and we'll help you get everything set up quickly.

IPTV apps update regularly, and new ones show up all the time. The steps below stay largely the same, but if an app has changed or disappeared, contact us on WhatsApp — we'll recommend whichever app is currently the most reliable for your device.

If you can't find your device, don't worry. We support all devices and all apps. We'll provide all the help you need. Just contact us.

Select Your Device

Step 1: Download one of these apps (if one is no longer available, try the next):

IPTV Smarters Pro
XCIPTV
Xtream Player

Step 2: Open the app once downloaded and enter your login details.

Step 3: Enter the login details we provided after your subscription.

Step 4: Wait a few seconds.

Step 5: Click "Add User" or "Login" to move to the next section.

Step 6: Select the channel group you want to watch.

Step 7: Click the channel name, then double-click the screen to go fullscreen.

Step 2: Install the app on your iOS device.

Step 3: Open the app once downloaded and enter the login details we provided after your subscription.

Step 4: Click "Add User" to move to the next section.

Step 5: Wait a few seconds.

Step 6: Click the "Live TV" icon.

Step 7: Select the channel group you want to watch.

Step 8: Click the channel name, then double-click the screen to go fullscreen.

Step 9: For the program guide (EPG), no URL is needed — just click "Install EPG".

Universal alternative: if the app doesn't work or is no longer available, VLC Media Player (free, always up to date) can play your playlist directly — contact us on WhatsApp and we'll send you the right config file.

MAG boxes don't require downloading an app. Setup is done directly in the box's settings.

Step 1: On your MAG box, go to Settings → System → Portals (exact name may vary by model).

Step 2: After your purchase, we'll send you a portal link to enter in this field.

Step 3: Save and restart the box if prompted.
